This was the shortbread I made for our wedding favours in June: Four squares of all butter shortbread. Crispy, buttery and dusted with lovely grains of crystalline sugar....heaven! They looked perfect with the table ad flowers. Wrapped in white parchment paper and finished off with black and white grosgrain ribbon and our 'H'...love, love, love :)
